• Installation of the virtual cage to secure perfectly the use of the assembly. During the take-off phase, it prevents  the propeller rotation  if the pilot's position and wing are not correct, and in flight she stops instantly when detect potentially dangerous (closure, large inclination or acceleration)

• Static tests of the structure, made ​​in collaboration with Aeronautical University, has led beyond all the requirements and exceeded our expectations: 6 G without plastic deformation, 9 G with permanent deformation without rupture. ...

•  A new folding propeller is mounted to the front to increase compactness. The Start-E battery  adopts a BMS (Battery Management System), it is perfectly safe and protected with automatic load management and discharge . 

 

In 2013 ...

• Many flights  are made near the atelier and starting to explore all the surroundings and small hills near (marvelous landscape ,as soon as I have a little time available ...)

• Using a Lipo battery 24 Ah brings the Start-E in the world of electric ultralight paramotor.

• Adapting the Start-E to a harness with cocoon, it's functional, comfortable, beautiful and effective!

• The successes keep coming: the first flights with the engine in full power. First cross over  100 Km ... made ​​starting from the landing field. Several tours ... some with a bit of engine;-) the potential confirms  that 10 Ah may not  be enough for a small ride just with the engine.

The conclusion of the E-Swift, marks the beginning of the realization of another dream: to not lose an opportunity to fly when there is good weather and as soon as my schedule permits in short  time ,always be ready to take off with my paraglider where it's good! and when it's good!
